Default rpm limit is 2500 btw, at which point torque will be 0.2 of peak. The 1900rpm for peak powe is correct for the Scania 730 Euro 5/6, and it does convert to 730ps/metric hp. Maybe for some reason the settings are in reverse, so that when the people is pressed, the brake is off, and when it isn't, the brakes are off. #1. Hydra_360ci Feb 23, 2015 @ 2:41pm. Should be a reverse toggle check box in the Logitech program for your pedals. Originally posted by Dave Bevan: yes it does, the only other way to go faster is increase you engine size, my max in the VOLVO IS AROUND 140 KMP. Plenty fast enough after that the truck is getting to hard to handle, Even with a wheel. I know 140 is plenty fast - but for the lulz I want to go much faster. #4. My Scania has pretty good acceleration but my Volvo goes faster. I done a test with timing and Volvo came 1st, Scania 2nd, and I cant remember the rest lol. Volvo FH (148-150km/h), Volvo classic (160km/h and above) Man TGX (150km/h and above) Scania S and 2009 (140km/h) don't know about others. hello Option for automatic parking brake - disabled by default in ETS2 maybe you can try this for auto brake Go to My Documents> Euro Truck Simulator 2> profiles> the profile file you are using> config.cfg "in your notebook. g_motor_brake_auto "0" Find the value "0 and change it to value "1". The truck in this game accelerates a little bit too fast, is true, but there is a difference between low and high end engines. I drive two trucks in both game, one for normal loads and one from heavy loads, and my 400 HP Scania R and my 370 HP T680 are slow suckers with anything above 10-12 tons. Choose a low end engine, don't use Allisons Originally posted by margalus: Check your controls, maybe reset them to default. Sounds like what you think is your accelerator isn't set to be your accelerator. I have set them to default WSAD and arrows It doesnt work after buying a new truck 3min before all had worked very well ;-; Some controllers have the accelerator and brake on the same axis, split in the middle, so the positive values are for the accelerator and the negative values are for the brake. That's centered. Finally, centered and inverted combines the two, so you have a split axis but it's also inverted. Thank you for that!!! Very informative!! #2. tonight (12-2-16) steam has installed some new update thing, and all went well. my brother was playing the game using a steering wheel for a few hours, and he came and asked me to reset the truck because it wasn't accelerating. when i went to drive off, the RPM needle didnt move and the truck made no attempt at all. after resetting the truck, turning the truck off and on, in neutral, brakes on 1. the truck has a naff engine 2. You left the trailer legs down 3. the left the parking brake on (I actually did this the other day how embarrassing.) 4. the retarder is active. Beyond that I would suggest playing around with sensitivity, deadzones, and things of that nature. 8gdWmm.
